The histology applet works with the Java 1.1 or newer virtual machine, a component
of your browser.
The histology applet works on all current browsers in Windows, Linux and on
Internet Explorer on the Macintosh with the Mac OS Runtime patch.. However it
is known NOT to work on any current version of Netscape for the Macintosh.
It is hoped that future versions of Netscape will catch up to the industry standard.
